Topic:

Driving Safety & Effectively Communicating a Safety Message

Speaker:

Bob “Trooper Bob” Beres

What does driving safety and effectively communicating a safety message have in common?

You may or may not know the name Bob Beres, but you most certainly recognize the name “Trooper Bob”.  Join us at CECA on November 19th as Trooper Bob talks to the Lowcountry ASSP membership about his time at the South Carolina Highway Patrol and current position at ABC News 4.

Want to get a safety message out effectively?  Bob was extremely effective in communicating with the public in difficult and often high stress situations. Come join us.

Bob will be discussing:

  • Current driving trends in SC
  • Update and breakdown of the current fatality numbers
  • How to effectively communicate a safety message
  • Why SCHP went to using social media & it’s effectiveness

Additionally, we’ll be collecting donations for our annual Toys for Tots campaign.  Please bring an unwrapped gift with you in lieu of the normal $15 lunch/learn charge.

Preferably, please pay online so that we have an accurate count/estimate of who will be attending.  If you will be paying at the door, please pay via cash or credit card.  No checks please.

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
